How the Pillars Work Together
The pillars are designed to work together rather than as disconnected programs. BE WELL helps individuals build confidence, resilience, and well-being. BE READY builds the skills and knowledge needed to pursue opportunities. BE A LEADER helps youth use those skills to lead, advocate, and create change. BE CONNECTED strengthens family relationships and links individuals to resources and community support.
