Be You (Be U) is the vision of Mrs. Regina English who is the reigning Mrs. El Paso County since 2013.  Be U makes resources available to influence excellence and a positive community impact.  Our volunteer staff has contributed thousands of hours towards mentoring, coaching, life skills, education, productions, pageant events, and entertainment for men and women since 2008.
